Social Afternoon

Please note, due to COVID, our usual afternoon social hour is not currently allowed.

That in-between time, after adventures in the park or on the water, but before dinner on the town or an evening activity, is a time to recharge and re-balance. Gather with other guests for light appetizers and socialize in our high-ceilinged living room. Share the things that made your day special, and get ideas for your next day's adventures.

We have maps, menus, and brochures from local businesses. Tides are posted here daily, so you can check whether a low-tide walk over the sand bar to Bar Island will fit into your visit.

Done for the day? Stay right here. The town has nightlife, but The Elmhurst Inn has serenity. Settle into a comfortable chair, lean back, and decompress. This is your time, after all.
